These Terms govern your access to and purchase of the LIVECART digital products. By purchasing or using the products, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
The products are provided by the seller identified in our Legal Notice and are sold to you by Digistore24, which acts as the authorized reseller/retailer and processes your order, payment and returns. The purchase contract for the transaction is concluded with Digistore24 as retailer, subject to Digistore24's own buyer terms presented at checkout.
LIVECART products are digital goods — downloadable PDF guides and templates and, for the All-Access membership, ongoing digital content, community access and written shop and live feedback. They are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.
After a successful purchase you receive access instructions by email (and on the confirmation page) — typically within minutes. If you do not receive access, contact support@returnabsolut.online. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the products for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the content. All intellectual property remains with the seller.
The products are for education and general guidance only. They are not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they are not a job, a franchise, a business opportunity or an income offer.
We do not promise or guarantee any income, sales volume or business result. We have no control over those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, eligibility criteria, fees, commissions, enforcement actions, account suspensions, payouts or policy changes in your country.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and stated on the order form at checkout. One-time prices are charged once; the All-Access option is a single payment for unlimited access. The price and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout by Digistore24 are authoritative.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and by Digistore24 under its buyer terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
