Requests are normally processed within 24 to 72 hours, and always within any period required by applicable law. Once removed, we stop sending promotional email to that address.

Please note: unsubscribing stops marketing email only. We will still send essential messages about an order you have placed — access details, receipts and support replies — because those are needed to deliver what you bought. Emails relating to payment are sent by Digistore24 under its own privacy policy.
